Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Process:
- By booking travel services through Sunsets Booked, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- All bookings are subject to price and availability at the time of booking and confirmation by Sunsets Booked. Client understands that price may change between a quoted price and the time a booking is made. Any change in price will be conveyed by Sunsets Booked to the client before booking.
- Bookings can be made online, through email, or over the phone.
-As part of the planning process, clients will receive up to three travel quotes for review before confirming their booking.
2. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The total amount due and any applicable fees will be communicated to you before confirmation of your booking.
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel vendors booked. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the cancellation policy for your specific booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and may be subject to vendor fees.
3. Liability and Responsibilities:
- Sunsets Booked acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or defaults of the travel service providers.
- Sunsets Booked is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your travel. It is your responsibility to obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
4. Personal Information:
- By booking travel services through Sunsets Booked, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information for the purpose of booking travel services. It is necessary to make sure that all information is correct before the time of booking. Correcting mistakes or misspellings may incur a fee by the vendors.
5. Governing Law and Disputes:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from or relating to the booking of travel services through Sunsets Booked shall be resolved through arbitration in Nevada.
By booking travel services through Sunsets Booked, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
Privacy Policy
At Sunsets Booked, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of client information.
1. Collection of Information:
- We collect personal information from clients during the booking process, including but not limited to names, contact information, travel preferences, and payment details.
- We only collect information that is necessary for the purpose of booking travel services and providing excellent customer service.
- We may also collect information through our website, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
2. Use of Information:
- We use client information to facilitate the booking of travel services, communicate with clients regarding their bookings, and provide customer support.
- We do not sell or rent client information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
- Client information may be shared with travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, as necessary to complete bookings.
3. Disclosure of Information:
- Client information may be disclosed to third parties, including travel service providers, in order to fulfill bookings and provide requested services.
- We may also disclose client information as required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Security of Information:
- We take reasonable measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
- Client payment information is securely processed and encrypted to ensure the confidentiality and security of financial transactions.
5. Consent:
- By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Clients have the right to withdraw consent and request the deletion of their personal information at any time, subject to legal and
contractual restrictions.
Passports
1. Passport Validity:
- All clients booking international travel through Sunsets Booked are required to have a valid passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of the itinerary.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their passport meets the validity requirements for international travel. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the client’s passport is free of any rips or tears.
- Sunsets Booked is not liable for any disruptions, cancellations, or additional expenses incurred due to clients failing to comply with passport validity requirements.
2. Passport Information:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date passport information at the time of booking.
- Sunsets Booked may require clients to provide a copy of their passport as proof of identity and citizenship for certain bookings.
3. Passport Renewal:
- Clients with passports that will expire within 6 months of the return date of the itinerary are advised to renew their passports before booking travel through Sunsets Booked.
- Sunsets Booked is not responsible for any consequences arising from clients' failure to renew their passports in a timely manner.
4. Visa Requirements:
- Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas for their international travel in addition to meeting passport validity requirements.
- Sunsets Booked may provide information and assistance regarding visa requirements but is not responsible for any visa denials or delays.
5. Changes to Passport Information:
- Clients must notify Sunsets Booked immediately of any changes to their passport information, such as name changes, expiration dates, or loss of passport.
By booking international travel through Sunsets Booked, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with
the passport validity requirements outlined in these terms and conditions. Failure to meet these
requirements may result in the cancellation of bookings without refund. More information on obtaining or

Travel Insurance
1. Offer of Travel Insurance:
- Sunsets Booked provides clients with the option to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking
their trips.
- The cost of travel insurance will be communicated to the client at the time of booking and must be
purchased before the trip is paid in full to secure coverage.
2. Declining Travel Insurance:
- Clients who choose to decline the option to purchase travel insurance through Sunsets Booked are
required to sign a travel insurance waiver form acknowledging their decision.
- Sunsets Booked recommends that clients carefully consider the risks of traveling without insurance
coverage and encourages clients to explore alternative insurance options if they choose to decline the
offered coverage.
3. Alternative Insurance Options:
- Clients are welcome to purchase travel insurance independently from Sunsets Booked or through other
providers.
- Clients who choose to purchase travel insurance from a different provider are responsible for ensuring
that the coverage meets their specific needs and requirements.
4. Insurance Coverage:
- Clients who purchase travel insurance through Sunsets Booked will receive coverage as outlined in the
insurance policy provided by the insurance provider.
- Sunsets Booked is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues related to insurance coverage
provided by third-party insurance providers.
5. Changes and Cancellations:
- Clients who have purchased travel insurance through Sunsets Booked may be eligible for coverage in
the event of trip cancellations, delays, interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances as outlined in the
insurance policy.
- Clients are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of their insurance coverage,
including any limitations, exclusions, and claim procedures.
By booking travel through Sunsets Booked and opting to purchase or decline travel insurance, clients
acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Fees
This Fees Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the non-refundable planning fee charged by Sunsets Booked for research and planning services for personalized travel trips.
1. Planning Fee:
- Sunsets Booked charges a non-refundable planning fee to cover the costs associated with researching and planning unique and personalized travel trips for clients.
- Clients will receive up to three quotes for travel as part of the planning process.
2. Payment and Forfeiture:
- The planning fee must be paid in full before research and planning can begin for the client's trip.
- The planning fee will not be refunded if a trip is canceled by the client.
- Clients must book with Sunsets Booked within 30 days of receiving the travel quotes. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the planning fee.
3. Payment Methods:
- The planning fee can be paid using Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Stripe as specified by Sunsets Booked.
- The fee will be based on the complexity of the trip and the type of booking, as outlined below.
4. Fee Schedule:
-All package and group bookings include a planning fee, starting at $150. The exact fee depends on the type of trip and is always shared upfront, before anything is confirmed.
Airline Tickets: $25 per person
Cruise Booking: $150 per cruise cabin
All-Inclusive (Air and Resort): $150 per room
Honeymoon, Anniversary, Proposal, and Babymoon Trips: $200 per booking
Vow Renewals, Elopements, and Destination Weddings, and Groups:
2-8 People: $250
9-15 People: $350
15-25 People: $450
25-35 People: $550
35+ People: $750
5. Group Size Adjustments:
- If the group size traveling changes after the planning fee is paid, any difference in fees will be due before further bookings can be made.
- In the event that the group size is smaller than the fee paid for, a refund for the difference will be provided.
6. Price Changes:
- Prices for the planning fee are subject to change at the discretion of Sunsets Booked.
By engaging with Sunsets Booked and paying the planning fee for travel research and planning services, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
Payments
1. Booking and Payment:
- Clients booking travel through Sunsets Booked are required to make a deposit at the time of booking to secure their reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date, as communicated at the time of booking.
2. Payment Methods:
- Sunsets Booked accepts payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer for booking travel reservations.
- Planning fees may be paid using Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the booking.
3. Payment Plans:
- Sunsets Booked does not offer payment plans, however for certain travel bookings, vendors may offer payment plans, allowing clients to pay in installments leading up to the trip's departure date.
- Clients participating in a payment plan are responsible for making timely payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
4. Late Payments:
- Clients who fail to make payments by the specified due date may be subject to late fees or cancellation of their reservation at the discretion of Sunsets Booked or the individual tour operators.
- Sunsets Booked reserves the right to cancel bookings for clients with outstanding payments and may retain any deposits or payments already made.
5. Refunds and Cancellations:
- Refunds for cancellations or changes to bookings are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the booking agreement and may incur cancellation fees.
- Clients are responsible for understanding the refund policy for their specific booking and communicating any changes or cancellations in a timely manner.
6. Currency:
- All prices and payments made to Sunsets Booked are in the currency specified at the time of booking.
- Sunsets Booked is not responsible for any currency exchange fees, fluctuations, or discrepancies that may occur during the payment process.
By booking travel through Sunsets Booked and making payments for reservations, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
This policy addresses cancellations and refunds as they apply to third-party vendors and service providers. For Sunsets Booked's planning fee policy, refer to the Fees section.
This Cancellations and Refunds Policy serves as a reminder that Sunsets Booked and its clients are bound by the cancellation and refund policies of third-party tour operators and service providers. Sunsets Booked is not liable for any refunds if the third-party operators do not permit cancellations and refunds.
Additionally, the planning fee charged by Sunsets Booked is also non-refundable.
1. Third-Party Cancellation Policies:
- Sunsets Booked works with various third-party tour operators, airlines, hotels, and service providers to facilitate travel bookings for clients.
- Clients are advised to familiarize themselves with the cancellation and refund policies of these third-party operators before making travel bookings.
2. Sunsets Booked's Liability:
- Sunsets Booked acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers and is not responsible for issuing refunds in the event of cancellations.
- If a third-party operator does not permit cancellations or refunds, Sunsets Booked cannot provide reimbursement to clients.
3. Non-Refundable Planning Fee:
- The planning fee charged by Sunsets Booked for research and planning services is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances surrounding a trip cancellation.
- Clients acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable nature of the planning fee when engaging with Sunsets Booked for travel bookings.
4. Client Responsibility:
- It is the responsibility of clients to review and understand the cancellation and refund policies of third-party operators and service providers before confirming travel bookings.
- Clients should contact Sunsets Booked for assistance or clarification regarding cancellation policies if needed.
- The client acknowledges that they are legally allowed to travel to all countries included in their itinerary.
The client represents and warrants that they are not:
Listed on the United States Department of Homeland Security's "No Fly List" or any other similar list;
Subject to any travel restrictions or bans imposed by any government agency;
Convicted of a crime that would prohibit them from entering or traveling to any country on their itinerary, including but not limited to:
Any offense related to the transportation or possession of illegal substances;
Any offense related to fraud, theft, or embezzlement;
Any offense related to violence, assault, or battery;
Any offense related to sexual exploitation or abuse;
Currently subject to a restraining order or other legal restriction that would prevent them from
traveling;
A fugitive from justice or subject to any outstanding arrest warrant;
Ineligible to enter or travel to any country on their itinerary due to any other legal or regulatory restriction.
The client agrees to provide Sunsets Booked with any necessary documentation or information to verify their compliance with this clause. The client understands that Sunsets Booked is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the client's representations and warranties, and that the client is solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If the client is unable to travel due to their failure to comply with this clause, Sunsets Booked reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge any applicable cancellation fees.
5. Alternative Options:
- In the event that a client wishes to explore options for rescheduling or modifying their travel plans, Sunsets Booked may assist in facilitating communication with third-party operators.
- Any changes to travel arrangements are subject to availability and may be subject to fees imposed by the third-party operators.
By booking travel through Sunsets Booked and agreeing to the terms outlined in this Policy, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policies of third-party operators and understand the non-refundable nature of the planning fee charged by Sunsets Booked.
