FAQ
-
Why should I use a travel advisor instead of booking on my own?
Because your time is worth something — and Expedia doesn't know it's your honeymoon. A booking site gives you options. I give you the right option, researched and vetted by someone who does this every day, with someone in your corner if anything goes sideways. If something goes wrong at 10pm in Santorini, you're not calling an 800 number.
-
I've never worked with a travel advisor before. What do I need to know going in?
Just come with a general idea of what you're hoping for — a vibe, a time frame, a budget range. You don't need to have it figured out. That's my job. The discovery call is low-pressure and free, so there's no commitment just for reaching out.
-
Can you help me choose the best destination for my trip?
That's one of my favorite parts of the process! Whether you're unsure where to go or have a few destinations in mind, I’ll recommend the best options based on your preferences, travel goals, and budget.
-
What can I expect from start to finish?
It starts with a free discovery call to see if we're a good fit. If we move forward, you'll pay a planning fee to kick off research. From there, I'll put together options tailored to you, handle all the booking once you've made your choice, and stay in touch through travel day and beyond. Most clients describe it as surprisingly easy.
-
How far in advance should I start planning my trip?
It’s best to start planning:
6-12+ months in advance for destination weddings, honeymoons, and multi-generational travel.
6+ months for luxury cruises and European vacations.
4-6 months for all-inclusive resorts and shorter trips.
Last-minute trips may be possible depending on availability, but planning early ensures the best rates and options. -
Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, I charge a professional planning fee that covers personalized research, itinerary curation, and support throughout the entire process. Planning fees and booking services vary based on the type and scope of travel. Full details are outlined in my Terms & Conditions, which you’ll review before moving forward.
-
Do you work with clients outside of Las Vegas?
Yes! My clients are all over the country. Everything is handled virtually, so where you live doesn't matter. What matters is where you want to go.
-
Do you plan destination weddings and group travel?
Yes! I plan destination weddings and group trips, managing the details and moving pieces so you can focus on celebrating instead of coordinating.
-
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your travel preferences and needs. From there, I’ll research and curate options tailored to you. After you select your favorite, I’ll take care of the booking and details!
-
What happens if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Because cancellations and changes can vary by supplier and timing, specific policies are detailed in my Terms & Conditions, which are shared during the planning process. If changes arise, I’ll assist in navigating the best possible options.
-
Do I need travel insurance?
Although it is never required, I highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. I can provide quotes and help you choose a policy that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
-
Do you assist during my trip if I have issues?
Yes! I’m here for you before, during, and after your trip. If you run into any issues while traveling, reach out to me, and I’ll work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
